Jr. High percussionist have an opportunity to audition for All-Region Band, participate in Solo and Ensemble, join the Jr. High Jazz Band.
3rd period will learn drumline techniques and cadences for Jr. High pep-rallies.

The beginning percussionist meet separately once a day for 45 min.
They practice out of Mark Wessel's "Fresh Approach" book for mallets and Kennan Wylie's "Simple Steps to Successful Snare Drumming".
